JAIPUR TOUR ITINERARY 

DAY 1 - Delhi - Jaipur

Start the tour from Delhi with our professional guide cum driver. The driver will arrive at your preferred location at exactly 6 A.M. You will get a refreshing break in midway to freshen up. By 11.30 to 12 noon, you are expected to reach Jaipur.

Once you reach Jaipur, you will be escorted by our representative. He will help you in check-in at your hotel. After completing all the formalities of check-in, you will be given some time to relax and have lunch. Then, proceed to the hot spots of the city with our well-informed English-speaking guide. He will first escort you to the City Palace.

City Palace, Jaipur

It is one of the most impressive grand palaces among all palaces of India. Constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, it has beautiful gardens, sprawling courtyards, amazing temples. It is still the residence of the royal family of Jaipur.

It is a paradise for art and history lovers. The palace is carved by traditional paintings made of natural and chemical-free colors. The palace includes Mubarak Mahal (the reception palace) and Chandra Mahal (the queen palace). Both these palaces now serve as museums. While Mubarak Mahal displays beautiful clothes of royal family members, Banarasi silk sarees, pashmina shawls, and other stunning textiles. Chandra Mahal displays antique and fascinating carpets, paintings, and beautifully ornamented walls. After you have explored City Palace, you will be taken to the museum.

Albert Museum Hall

Time you get- 45 mins

Built-in Ram Niwas garden (1876), it is one of the oldest museums of Jaipur. Its name is derived from the Victoria and Albert Museum of London. The museum exhibits traditional artwork, woodwork, paintings, handicrafts, arms and armor, clay works, marble art, musical instruments, carpets of India.

The next destination will be Hawa Mahal.

Hawa Mahal

Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds) is built with 953 windows (also called Jharokhas) with the intent to enable the royal ladies to see the festivals while abiding by the purdah system. The several windows in the Mahal enable the cooling breeze inside the palace which is very relaxing in hot summers. We will next visit Jantar Mantar.

Jantar Mantar

Your trip is incomplete without visiting Jantar Mantar. Built by Raja Jai Singh (1734), it is the world’s most precise astronomical instrument. It is designed in such a way that it can predict the movement of the sun and other planetary bodies. The planning and structure of the Jantar Mantar were designed in such a way that people of ancient times could use the position of the Sun and the direction of shadows to predict the time. These instruments were built with high accuracy and mathematical details. Some of these are Dhruv Yantra, Chakra Yantra, Samrat Yantra.

Your day 1 sightseeing will end here. You will have the most delicious dinner at the hotel and a relaxed and calm overnight stay.

DAY 2 - Jaipur Sightseeing

Your second day starts with breakfast at the hotel. Then we will take you to the Amber fort.

Amber Fort

Also called Amer Fort, it was built by Raja Man Singh and is 11kms away from the city. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Jaipur. Located on hills, it is known for its well-designed Hindu and Muslim architecture. Constructed with red sandstone and white marbles, the structure makes it exceptionally unique. There is a Maota lake at the bottom edge of the fort, which makes it more mesmerizing for the tourists.

Another heavenly sight of the fort is Sheesh Mahal, which will grab your attention. The roof of Sheesh Mahal is carved with little pieces of mirror. You will also get to enjoy elephant riding, shopping, refreshment stalls inside the fort.

After exploring Amber fort, our guide will take you to the Jal Mahal.

Jal Mahal

Jal Mahal, also called Water Palace, built with gorgeous Rajput architectural style, is situated in the middle of the Blue Sagar lake. The lake offers a scenic view due to its maintenance and cleanliness. You will also enjoy camel rides, delicious meals at exclusive restaurants, shopping stalls.

From Jal Mahal, we will take you to the city’s local and authentic lunch venues. You will get to experience the most scrumptious food of the city. Once you are done with the food, you will be then taken back to the hotel so that you can relax and unwind for some time.

In the evening you will be taken to visit the most beautiful temple of the city- Birla Mandir.

Birla Mandir

This stunning temple made with white marbles is devoted to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi. The devotees from all over the world visit this temple. Constructed with beautiful Greek sculptures, mythological themes, and lush gardens, this modern and urbane architecture seize everyone’s attention. The walls of the temple are recited with famous sayings and mythologies from reputed preachers and saints.

The temple is a sight to behold during the festivals especially, Diwali and Janmashtmi. There are three domes in the temple, which signifies the three religions of the country.

For dinner, you will get to taste the local delicacies of Jaipur served by men in Rajasthani outfits at Chokhi Dhani.

Chokhi Dhani

It is an ideal place to experience the Rajasthani culture and tradition. It has a village-type atmosphere where you will get to see the cultural dance and music. In addition, you will have the gala time there enjoying puppet and magical show, henna application on hands, astrology reading, animal rides, shopping and much more. After dinner, come back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 3 - Jaipur to Delhi Departure

After having breakfast, you will get to visit the local markets of the city. You will get to see a variety of traditional Rajasthani attires, juttis, bedsheets, jewelry, etc. By noon, you will return to the hotel and have lunch. After completing all the formalities of check-out from the hotel, we will drive back towards to Delhi. You are expected to reach Delhi by approx. 7 p.m. Our driver will drop you at your designated location. With this, our tour will end.
